In personnel action, Commissioner Cory Moates moved to hire Treg Easley as a Utility Operator effective April 14, 2025, at a rate of $16.00 per hour. Commissioner Frazier seconded the motion; it passed unanimously. The hire was recorded in the minutes as effective the same day.
