Allen County Maintenance Director Vance Hernandez told commissioners that five roofs at the north barn and four at the south barn will be replaced, and that Martin Riley had prepared the scope and blueprints. Hernandez said Master Steel Roofing Inc. of New Paris was the "best and most responsive bidder" at $1,056,000.00. The board approved the award 2‑0.
