After discussion about historically light agendas and trouble securing a quorum during holiday weeks, a commissioner moved to cancel both dates; the motion passed on a roll-call vote with all voting members recorded as voting yes.
Chair Betts said there were no conflicts of interest and opened the meeting’s public comment period for the item; no members of the public spoke. The commission recorded the cancellation as a formal action and noted alternate dates that staff had confirmed — Dec. 8, Dec. 15 or Dec. 18 — would be available if a special consolidated meeting were needed.
