"Commissioner Moates moved to approve the minutes as presented from May 19,2025, meeting. Commissioner Garner seconded. Motion passed unanimously," the minutes record. Following that motion, the board approved the payroll and payables in separate motions, each moved by Commissioner Cory Moates and seconded by Commissioner Jack Garner.
The approvals were recorded as unanimous votes by the three commissioners in attendance — Myra Carlisle Frazier, Jack Garner and Cory Moates — authorizing the official minutes, the county payroll for the pay period and payment of listed obligations. No amendments or objections were recorded in the minutes.
