Commission votes to have member read letter at ZBA after earlier rejection
Summary
After learning a ConCom letter prepared by Brian Sanford was not allowed to be read at the ZBA, the Conservation Commission voted to have a commission member submit and read the letter in full at the ZBA; the motion passed unanimously Aug. 3.
The commission reviewed recent ZBA items and learned that a letter representing the commission, written by Brian Sanford, was not permitted to be read at the last ZBA meeting. Anni Jakobsen moved that a ConCom member submit and read the letter in its entirety at the ZBA; Bill Gassman seconded and members approved the motion unanimously.
Commissioners discussed ZBA scheduling and noted other upcoming hearings, including a withdrawn shed setback request and a variance for a walkway location filed by Robert William and Jane Hilden scheduled for Aug. 19. The commission did not record further action beyond the motion to submit and read the Sanford letter at the ZBA.
