The Moultonborough Conservation Commission convened at 10:04 a.m. on Aug. 3, 2026, and Chair Max Hoene announced that alternates Marie Samaha and Bill Gassman would be seated for the meeting. Anni Jakobsen moved to seat the two alternates; Cynthia O’Connell seconded and the motion passed unanimously.
The commission tabled the July 6, 2026 minutes and approved the July 10 special meeting minutes after members made editorial corrections, including changing the spelling of a name from “Thiebealt” to “Thibeault” and correcting several typographical items on pages 1 and 2. Commissioners said the edits were clerical and did not alter the record of decisions. The board agreed to move toward a first‑pass draft of minutes prepared by town staff (Tina) to speed the clerking process.
