Following the agenda change, the board approved the minutes from its March 17 meeting on a motion by Commissioner Cory Moates and a second from Commissioner Jack Garner. Later in the session, Commissioner Jack Garner moved — and Commissioner Frazier seconded — that commissioners, County Clerk Rebecca Brassart and County Counselor Jake Conard conduct a fence viewing at 3583 SE 45th Street in Columbus on April 7, 2025, at 11:00 a.m.; the clerk was directed to send notices to all involved parties. The minutes record each of these actions as passed without dissent.
