Bellefonte advances EECBG battery and streetlight projects; Wise Power Systems invoices marked HOLD

Scott MacKenzie reported that supplies for the EECBG-funded battery-backup system and solar panels have been ordered and that planning has started with Delmarva Power (DPL) for EECBG streetlight conversion. The Commission heard this project update as part of ongoing town infrastructure improvements.
When Scott read the monthly bills, two invoices from Wise Power Systems were listed as HOLD: a final payment for inverter replacement ($9,799.00) and a 50% deposit for the EECBG battery storage system ($16,500.00). Commissioners approved payment of other listed bills but expressly noted the Wise Power Systems charges as held for further review or scheduling.
