A resident asked how ReadyRide would serve a new housing complex on First Street and whether a bus turnout could be provided; City Engineer Christopher Fong said he would speak with the developer (the Lewis Group) about creating a pullout and noted some complexes are too tight for buses to enter safely.
Staff responses emphasized regional decisions are made with the county and STA board and that restoring longer regional routes or Sacramento service is funding‑dependent.
