Commissioners approve Act 13 grants, Revize website contract and LeChase agreements

At its July 14 meeting, the Tioga County Board of Commissioners adopted Resolution R‑9‑26 committing $45,421.49 in local match funds for the Endless Mountains Transportation Authority for the 2026–2027 fiscal year and approved several Act 13 expenditures and vendor agreements.
The resolution certifies local match funds totaling $45,421.49, with scheduled payments of $22,710.75 on Nov. 30, 2026 and $22,710.74 on March 30, 2027. The minutes state the required local matching funds will be provided no later than the end of the State Fiscal Year (as recorded in the minutes).
The board also approved a $5,000 start-up funding request for the Tioga County Trail, Park & Recreation Authority (Act 13) and a $10,000 grant to the Elkland Borough Volunteer Fire Department (Act 13). The board approved a five‑year proposal from Revize for county website design, development, hosting and maintenance at $7,980 per year (Act 13 funds). The board approved a 2026/2027 Subrecipient Agreement with Central PA Food Bank, a Construction Management as Agent agreement with LeChase Construction Services LLC for an emergency sewer/grinder pump replacement project at the county prison for $12,500 (Act 13), and a one‑year Master Agreement with LeChase for work orders, renewing annually unless notice is provided. Motions on these items passed unanimously.
