"Jed was at our last month's meeting, announced that CDBG funds were gonna be used to provide water utilities to Perseverance Gardens," Kimplin said, and he expressed eagerness to work with the commission on future neighborhood-revitalization projects.
Commission staff acknowledged the comment and said they look forward to continued partnership as projects move forward.
