Commissioner Cory Moates moved to approve the minutes from the March 24 meeting; Commissioner Jack Garner seconded and the motion "passed unanimously," according to the meeting record. Moates then moved to approve the payroll; Commissioner Myra Carlisle Frazier seconded and the payroll was approved unanimously. Finally, Moates moved to approve the payables and Frazier seconded; that motion also passed unanimously.
