Supervisor Dietrich moved to receive the recommendation and the board carried the motion by voice vote, 5–0. The board then accepted and approved the related minor subdivision (the Riordan parcel) by voice vote; Priestley added no further comments.
The approvals are procedural acceptance of the zoning commission's recommendation and final plats; no conditions or appeals were raised at the meeting.
