Knutson said, "this is just regular storage. Nothing nothing frigid or cold about it," and offered to coordinate with the project's consulting biologist to supply additional material to the record.
Ryan Nelson and Knutson agreed they could deliver focused supplemental analysis that ties consultant findings and proposed mitigation to the city's shoreline no-net-loss requirement. Because the hearing examiner identified uncertainty about whether the staff packet included sufficient evidence to support a no-net-loss finding, McLean held the administrative record open for at least one week and asked the applicant and staff to post any new exhibits on the city's project webpage.
