CRA board approves redevelopment-incentive application from Port Richey RR LLC

The Community Redevelopment Agency board approved a redevelopment incentive application submitted July 30 by Ryan Burke on behalf of Port Richey RR LLC. City staff told the board the incentive program was formally adopted July 14 by resolution 2606 and is intended to support redevelopment activities within the CRA district.
"On July 14, the CRE board formally adopted resolution number 2,606, which formally adopts the Port Richey sustainable redevelopment incentives program as a redevelopment tool to further the goals and objectives of the Community Redevelopment Agency," said the staff presenter (speaker 4). Board member (speaker 5) moved to approve the application; the motion was seconded and the board voted to approve the application during tonight's meeting. Staff said it will draft the agreement and work with the applicant and the city manager to return a formal contract to the board for signature.
