Jeremy Fruh of Prime Tree Engineering returned with a revised plan to replace a damaged retaining wall at 89 Wallace Circle. The new design reduces exposed concrete sill, lays face rock flatter, pins first courses to ledge and adds a cast‑in‑place concrete substructure for stability; the plan reduces steep vertical faces that previously drew public concern.
Board members and members of the public discussed rock composition, impacts below the highest astronomical tide and how the revision follows the bluff line. The board accepted the application, recorded typical findings of fact consistent with the Shoreland Zone standards, and approved the application with the expectation the applicant will obtain any outstanding DEP or Army Corps permits needed for work below the jurisdictional line.
