County staff to file missing debt report on school energy-efficiency loan after comptroller notice

"I've contacted Mister Ladd today to see any details about that loan to file it," the finance presenter said, explaining that the loan’s payment schedule could not yet be provided because payments begin after the project is complete. Staff said they expected to have payment-schedule information soon and would submit the report to the state as required.
The comptroller’s letter was distributed to commissioners for review. County staff said they had not expected to need to file a debt report for this loan arrangement but were backtracking to comply and would provide an update once they had the payment schedule and related documentation to file.
