A motion was made and restated on the record as a deed transfer to the Skeens at a $0 sale price, with the Skeens paying for required survey and recording costs.
Commissioners voted in favor and the motion carried. Staff said the transfer would be processed once the survey and recording costs were addressed by the purchasers.
