East Bradford Township agreed to dedicate $20,000 in the 2027 budget as the Township's estimated maximum share to participate in a regional Fire & EMS strategic planning effort.
The West Chester Area Council of Governments and the Fire & EMS Coalition received five responses to its RFI, with proposed costs spanning roughly $40,000 to $135,000. With participation from up to six municipalities and West Chester University, Mr. Laverty moved to allocate $20,000 in the Township's 2027 budget; Ms. Maynard seconded and the motion passed.
