Township Engineer Mark Lucas told the Board the change order covered additional pavement within the cul-de-sac lawn island and extra labor to adjust inlet boxes after a plan error. Mr. Laverty moved and Ms. Maynard seconded approval of Change Order #1; Carroll Engineering recommended acceptance of Payment Application #1, which includes the change order, and the Board approved both items with no discussion.
