The board set a site visit for the John M. Kelly revocable trust applications to allow members to inspect flagged wetlands before making land‑use decisions. Chair and staff said the ordinance requires an on‑site verification of flagged wetlands and asked that the property owner allow board members and planning staff to identify themselves as zoning or planning representatives during the visit.
Chris York of Greenman‑Petersen said the property owner had flagged wetlands and that the applicant had been cooperative about access. The board agreed to invite planning and conservation commissioners and to hold the field visit Oct. 1 at 5:30 p.m.; conservation comments will be required in the file before the board takes final action.
