The Planning Board voted to approve a subdivision revision for Falls Estates on Falls Drive that will add three buildings comprising five residential units. Presenter Steve described the application as "an amendment to an existing subdivision for Chris Langley off of Falls Drive" and said the current revision updates a 2017 division of land.
Board members asked technical questions about the embankment and fill that permitted the additional structures; Steve and other staff said significant fill has been brought in, landscaping and tree plantings are planned to stabilize slopes, and the staff review committee recommended approval. The chair called for a motion; the chair noted the motion to approve was moved by Dan and the board approved the subdivision revision by voice vote. The board recorded concerns about erosion potential and requested that stabilization measures be maintained in the project file.
