Treasurer Nancy Lumbra presented the association’s financial report, listing balances as of Jan. 1, 2026 (Checking $2,935.76; Savings $2,701.87; CD $19,101.02; total $24,738.65), CD interest of $160.82 (as of May 30, 2026), and disbursements including two mowings at $100 each. Updated balances as of May 31, 2026 were reported as Checking $2,581.71; Savings $2,702.32; CD $19,515.44; total $24,799.47.
Members accepted the Treasurer’s report as presented. The Certificate of Deposit matures on Nov. 7, 2026; members agreed the CD will be rolled over at maturity. Vice President Patrick Calecas recommended checking rates among banks and considering shorter-term options such as a seven-month CD.
