On the consent agenda, Councilmember Philip Trew moved to approve minutes for February 10, 2026, financials for February 2026, and bills paid for March 2026, including payment for repairs to a guardrail on Underwood Road. Councilmember Stonie Hamilton seconded; the consent motion carried 4-0.
