County to transfer $1.5 million to cover new financial system ahead of October go‑live

Commissioners thanked staff for the explanation and requested any questions be reserved for the regular meeting. No formal approval was recorded at the agenda preview; staff characterized the transfer as necessary to pay upcoming project milestones.
