Commissioners approve appointments to Public Defender Board; new board leadership named

Retallik told commissioners that at the board’s Feb. 18 meeting "we elected new board chair, which is Gage Frower. And vice chair is Rich Morrow." The commission approved the resolution by roll call vote. Commissioners and staff praised the public defender program’s reentry efforts and legislative recognition during the discussion.
