Board accepts Meadowbrook Phase 2 as-builts and bonds to complete grant closing

City counsel explained that accepting the as-builts and bonds is part of the secondary plat process and necessary to close a grant in September. Phil Triplett, appearing on behalf of Wildcat, said the developer had complied with city requirements and asked that the resolution be passed. The board voted to approve the resolution by roll call.
The resolution allows the city to require corrective work if defects appear during a maintenance period of up to three years and reserves the city's right to enforce the right-of-way as necessary in the future.
