Council held a brief public hearing; a representative from CGS Energy, Joe Dobrovolsky, attended and asked for a signed copy of the agreement so Clearwater could present it to their council.
The ordinance passed on a motion and second with no further discussion. Staff said they will send the signed agreement once the clerk finalizes it. "If I could have a copy of the signed agreement when you have the chance so we could take it back to our city council, I'd appreciate it," Dobrovolsky said after the vote.
