Board appoints and swears student representatives for 2024–25

The Ichabod Crane Board of Education appointed Amara Gabriel to serve as the Student Representative for the 2024–25 school year and named Sophia Karic as the Alternate Student Representative. The motion, made in accordance with Policy #2245, carried 7-0 as recorded in the meeting minutes.
The District Clerk administered the Oath of Office to the newly appointed student leaders, and High School Principal Craig Shull introduced them to the board. Student representatives serve in a nonvoting advisory capacity and represent the student body in board discussions for the school year.
