Commissioner Jim Jim Harvey moved to approve the first reading as presented; Commissioner Sharon Bolos seconded. The commission voted in favor and the first reading was approved; no amendments were made at the meeting. Collier said the changes are largely clerical and intended to reconcile inconsistent wording in the county code.
