She said the plan is non‑regulatory and is designed to guide voluntary cooperation among corridor stakeholders and to position the route for an "All-American Road" designation if jurisdictions and the legislature adopt consistently.
Commissioners asked staff for copies; one commissioner said they had not read the full plan in the packet and moved to table so every commissioner could review it before adoption. Another commissioner who said they had read the plan seconded the motion. The commission voted to table the resolution to the next agenda to allow more review.
