Project presenters (S5, S7) walked the committee through recent Potential Change Orders (PCOs). Items included AV/TV location revisions that produced a small credit (about $96), an overhead door modification costing $7,910, added telecom locations and fixtures at $19,337, locker-size reductions ($16,457), ductwork removal ($10,913) and electrical make-safe work at $17,446. Presenters said the project remains in typical PCO review and that some items were reduced after negotiation.
Committee members noted the remaining corridor and finish areas still carry outstanding work; presenters estimated remaining change-order exposure in the low hundreds of thousands and asked staff to have final totals ready for the next review.
