ETSB discusses by‑laws change and possible seat for Watseka finance chair

He also urged that Iroquois County Board representatives discuss composition changes with the current ETSB before any appointments are finalized.
No by‑law amendments or formal appointments were made during the June 2 meeting; the item remained under discussion ahead of July elections.
