Town attorney: Paris Foods water/sewer plan amendment filed; ENR upgrade PER due Feb. 28

Town Attorney Lyndsey Ryan told the council that the Water/Sewer Comprehensive Plan Amendment for Paris Foods has been submitted and that the preliminary engineering report (PER) for the ENR upgrade has been issued and is due Feb. 28, with bids to be reviewed at the March 5 council meeting.
Town Attorney Lyndsey Ryan told the Trappe Town Council that a Water/Sewer Comprehensive Plan Amendment filed on behalf of Paris Foods has been submitted to the County and that she will attend the County meeting when the item appears on their agenda.
Ryan also reported that the PER for design of the ENR upgrade has been issued and is due Feb. 28; she said bids for the ENR project will be reviewed and discussed by the council at its March 5 meeting. The minutes do not include additional technical details, estimated costs or grant/funding sources for the ENR design work.
