Business owner urges Arcola to act on repeated illegal dumping, cites unreturned calls and evidence

Mayor Dina Williams acknowledged the complaint and told the speaker staff would follow up. A law enforcement officer told the council the issue affects multiple neighborhoods and businesses and that investigators are working it. The council did not take formal action during the meeting but asked staff to follow up with the complainant and provide contact information for ongoing enforcement efforts.
