After roll call and the opening prayer, the council approved the minutes of the Jan. 20 meeting and later voted to approve bills presented for the Feb. 3 meeting in the amount of $501,519.86; the motion to approve the bills was moved by Mayor Kevin Stork and seconded by Commissioner Jennifer Graklanoff and carried on a roll call vote with all members voting aye.
The approvals closed routine business for the start of the meeting and set the agenda for new business. The council’s roll call for the session recorded Commissioners Anthony Steckel, Steve Pohlman, John Miles, Jennifer Graklanoff and Mayor Kevin Stork; City Attorney William Strang and City Clerk Denise Hayes were present.
