The Ipswich Conservation Commission handled a range of routine and substantive matters at its July 22, 2026 meeting. Actions included acceptance of a Conservation Restriction for 1‑5 Rosewood Drive; approval of Small Project Permits for a 30‑day wedding tent at 14 Skytop Road and driveway alterations at 40 Bunker Hill Road (Riley recused); continued hearings for numerous NOIs and RDAs to the Aug. 5 meeting; and issuance of a positive OOC for 31 Water Street.
The commission also re‑issued an Enforcement Order for 36 Mitchell Road and required the property owner to submit a restoration plan to the Conservation Office by Sept. 23, 2026 for review at the Oct. 7 meeting. Several items were continued at the applicant’s request (including 88 North Ridge Road, 214 High Street, and multiple NOIs) and the commission scheduled site visits for a subset of matters.
