Commissioner Sissy ffolliott moved to amend and re-issue the Enforcement Order with the July 29 deadline; Commissioner Linda Riley seconded and the motion passed unanimously. The commission instructed that the plan be submitted to the Conservation Office one week prior to the scheduled ICC meeting so staff can review and place the matter on the agenda for August 5, 2026 if necessary.
