Commission reissues Enforcement Order for 36 Mitchell Road, requires restoration plan by Sept. 23

Representatives for the 36 Mitchell Road matter told the commission that Williams & Sparages have been retained and that an NOI will be filed addressing the Enforcement Order. Chair Jennifer Hughes said the existing EO should be re-issued and directed that a restoration plan be submitted to the Conservation Office by September 23, 2026 for ICC review at the October 7 meeting; the motion to re-issue/confirm the EO passed unanimously.
The minutes state the EO originally went out in 2018 and that the restoration plan is required by September 23, 2026 or fines may ensue. The commission recorded the deadline and continuation to the October meeting to review the submitted plan.
