Commissioner Karin Hawkinson moved to continue the matter to July 22, 2026 to allow for a site visit; Commissioner Stone seconded and the motion passed unanimously. Interim Agent Lillian Abbott was directed to schedule an ICC site visit and to contact former Conservation Agent Mary Lester to clarify any prior discussions with the owners.
