The chair introduced the consent agenda and asked for a motion. Member Koretz moved to approve the consent agenda; the motion was seconded and carried by voice vote.
Later in the meeting a board member asked whether moving reports to the top of the agenda was a one-time change or permanent. Planning staff said the change is permanent per Councilwoman Merrill's request and will be added to the meeting template.
Why it matters: reordering the agenda to place reports at the start will make liaison and staff updates a more prominent, consistent early-business item and may change how members and the public track new and ongoing items.
