Design Review Board approves landscape plan for final phases of Terence Seco subdivision
Summary

Kim Sigenthaler of Jensen Belt Associates introduced herself and the proposal: "Kim Sigenthaler with Jensen Belt Associates, 1509 South Tyrell Lane, Suite 130, Boise, Idaho 83706." She said the remaining phases (10 and 12) total almost 20 acres and described the fencing plan (5-foot open-vision fence on common lots), an 8-foot community pathway and a 10-foot regional pathway along the eastern boundary. Planning staff had no additional conditions beyond standard, site-specific ones in the staff report.
Chairman Lindeman moved to approve the application as presented with staff conditions 1–3; a board member seconded and the motion carried by voice vote.
Why it matters: the approval completes the design-review process for the last phases of a long-running subdivision application and advances construction and frontage work with the developer (Toll Brothers) and the city.
