Barton & Loguidice and Mayor Peter Lennon updated trustees on grant and reimbursement timing for the village's CDBG project. Skidmore said adjustments and bid detail are affecting whether RD or EFC will release funds for reimbursement, and an interagency virtual meeting will sort responsibilities and timing.
On ARPA, the board heard that the village received approximately $101,000 over 2021–22 and has spent about $100,000, leaving a residual balance of less than $400. Lennon said a closeout report must be filed with New York State and that reporting is expected to continue annually through 2027; the village contracted a specialist in 2025 to prepare reporting materials.
