"Pete also commented that in the past, the Office of Aging and churches had a list to identify people in need when we lost power," Lennon said, urging trustees to research a plan for routing and support. He also noted Norwich has a new temporary warming facility and suggested exploring transport on the county bus route to that location. The board did not assign specific tasks or deadlines during the meeting but asked members to consider the issue and bring updates to a future session.
