DPW superintendent Jared Kline reported a busy field season with roadwork, a mower out for repair and crew time lost to injury; White’s is working on the mower. He said Pittsburgh Tank completed a tank inspection and the Department of Health conducted an inspection yesterday with routine results. Kline said the crew has signed up for Water Course D licensing and is pursuing a sweeper rental for immediate needs.
During public concerns resident Lisa Serradilla requested a West Street water-line repair; Kline said he will dig the repair this week or next depending on weather. The board also assigned playground repairs following a recent inspection and painting of municipal parking lines as action items for DPW.
