Trustee Maryellen Canuel reported two phone numbers remain unported from Frontier and is continuing work on cell phones for DPW and the village office. Mayor Peter Lennon assigned Maryellen to research ownership of the access road at 30 Moss Street related to the potential sale of village property on Moss Street. Maryellen said she walked the sinkhole area behind Service Pharmacy with Dan Kwasnik and they agreed it is not village property; the board declined to have DPW fix it and instructed Trustee Jim Crawford to give Dan vendor contacts he can use.
Other items discussed included the Chase Memorial project (awaiting more information from Jason), scheduling mid-contract review with Cwynar at the September meeting, and renting a sweeper with Jared Kline to work with pricing quotes.
