At its Oct. 7, 2025 meeting at Lake Pleasant Town Hall, the Town of Lake Pleasant Planning Board approved the minutes of Aug. 8, 2024 and took action on a subdivision application for 127 Echo Lane (parcel 113.006-1-27). The meeting was called to order by Chairperson Vicki Buyce at 5:00 P.M. and adjourned at 5:02 P.M.
Barbara Tracy moved to approve the Aug. 8, 2024 minutes, seconded by William Paestella; the motion was recorded as "All in favor, motion carried." Tracy later moved to approve the subdivision application submitted by Roberta Mayers; KC Morrison seconded and the motion likewise carried unanimously. A separate motion to adjourn was made by Tracy, seconded by Matt Seifts, and recorded as carried. The minutes were signed "Respectfully submitted" by Secretary Caitlin Stewart. The board listed its next meeting as TBD.
