It's a little bit antiquated for modern boats and, just looking to extend the 1 leg and make the boat house a sundeck, which is open." Commissioners who visited the site said the proposal reduces the footprint and improves circulation; the resolution cites applicable NYCRR provisions and a Type II SEQR finding.
