Council adopts minutes and receives departmental reports unanimously
Summary
The council adopted the minutes of its 09/04/2025 special meeting and 09/22/2025 regular meeting and received and filed departmental reports 1–3 by unanimous voice votes (5-0).
A motion by Moreno, seconded by Maflahi, to adopt the minutes of the special meeting of Sept. 4 and the regular meeting of Sept. 22 passed by unanimous voice vote. The clerk read the motion and the roll call confirmed the votes were recorded as carried 5–0.
The council also moved to receive and file departmental reports 1 through 3 (motion by Moreno, seconded by Moretti); that motion likewise carried by unanimous vote. No member requested that any departmental report be pulled for separate consideration.
