The council also approved rezoning actions moving those parcels from unzoned or general commercial into planned unit development‑residential (PUD R) designations; an additional rezoning for Parcel 4074‑00‑16‑4323 (referred to in the record as “Willy Wonka”) was similarly adopted on second reading.
